Question of the day - More bushings

Do the Radius arm bushings come with a metal insert, like a small tube? Can not really tell from the pic.
 
The bushings (stock "rubber" type) that I recently installed did.... Just for the record I had the shop, where I bought the bushing, press them into the radius arms - and I'm glad I did - I don't think I could have done it myself...

Bench vise and some "nobbling" gets 'em in... but a better method is turn it over to a shop with a press. Let THEM have all the fun /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif
 
I took the easy way out and replaced the arms..
 
Yes, a press will be best for both the bushings in the arm and the 1/4 springs...I paid my local garage $5 to do this.
