Of course, the flywheel is off. With that, it should just slide out. Since you'll be replacing the bushing anyway, I don't imagine it would hurt to gently pry it from the inside, but, if I remember correctly, there is another way.
I was told to try putting wooden dowel in the hole, about same size, and wiggling it, then, if that didn't work, to put a gob of grease into the hole, then whack the dowell gently into the hole, popping the bushing back out from the pressure created by the grease seal--grease may squirt into your face.
