Never hit a pig but I hit a 1400 lb bull once. The bull walked away. The truck had to be towed. Noticed you bid $130.00 for a NOS distributor cap and still did not win it. Wow!

Crazy, isn't it? The ebayer offered me a second chance at the cap for $130. Think I'll pass. For the first day he had a buy it now price of $49.99. Someone must have told him about flush Healey owners willing to pay almost anything. I have my limits. British Car Specialists have the same cap for $159.00. Pround of it, aren't they?

I put one up on Ebay a month or so ago for 65$ and did not get a bid. I am keeping it.
 
NOS or gently used? Leads goint into the front or side of the cap? Hey, I'll buy it from you for $65 if you really want to sell it. Just let me know.

The things some people will do to bring home the bacon....

No problem with pigs on the roads in Scotland, but sheep are plentiful... particularly on the lovely windy, scenic and very nice to drive fast upon Highland country roads....
 
Probably should not say this but I have five NOS Lucas BJ7/8 distributor caps on the shelf. I don't think all of them have the raised 'LUCAS' though. It may be time to let one go. The E-Type needs new shoes.

If the cap has the raised Lucas lettering and "Made in England" and fits a 65 BJ8, I'm interested in it in order to help a soon to be shoeless XKE. Just let me know.
