Crazy, isn't it? The ebayer offered me a second chance at the cap for $130. Think I'll pass. For the first day he had a buy it now price of $49.99. Someone must have told him about flush Healey owners willing to pay almost anything. I have my limits. British Car Specialists have the same cap for $159.00. Pround of it, aren't they?

I put one up on Ebay a month or so ago for 65$ and did not get a bid. I am keeping it.

No problem with pigs on the roads in Scotland, but sheep are plentiful... particularly on the lovely windy, scenic and very nice to drive fast upon Highland country roads....

If the cap has the raised Lucas lettering and "Made in England" and fits a 65 BJ8, I'm interested in it in order to help a soon to be shoeless XKE. Just let me know.
