Well there was enough of a break in the rain this afternoon so I replaced the hood. The whole operation didn't take very long & thanks to hints I've read here nothing was damaged in the process.
Of course it immediately looks better not having the mushed in nose any more.
Now to get some tires on it & start driving it around!
Anyone know of any GREAT deals on carpet & seat kits?

The seats are not too bad, the driver need a new seat cover as what is there is split open on the seams.
The passenger seat is still pretty good.
The carpets are in pretty bad shape. Maybe I'll get a set shipped in from England if I can't find a good set for less here in the USA.
