Does anyone have a set of pictures showing the section and assembly of the Longbridge BN4 door seal tracks. Preferably the individual parts rather than them fitted.

Here are a couple in place. These show the correct orientation of the seal. I originally had them backwards and it was binding when I closed the door pushing the door gaps out. Pay attention to the windlace as it is different on the longbridge cars as well. None under the dash and just a short piece glued to the front door opening. Also check out this thread there is a little talk of the door seal track in it also but lots of good longbridge talk.

Thank you they really help. I'm not a real stickler for perfect originality but the bodge up seals a previous owner had made by using an edge grip type in black rubber fitting where it touched was horrible.
I can see from these photos how it should work. I'm going to buy a cellular foam seal with a mounting lip which I will make a track for very similar to the original. The detail of the foremost seal and the furflex is also excellent .
I can see I need to make an extension for the existing flange on the body by cutting a section to bolt in with the windscreen mount. This will give me an edge to sit the furflex on all the way up like yours. The foremost seal section is a standard section which I can easily buy from COH Baines or Woolies Trim here in the uk.

The furflex has a "tail" made to it which you can see I glued to the inside edge of the side wall of the cowl. To make it secure all the way up like I did I put a slit in the "tail" and the top half of the "tail" is on the out side of the door opening and sandwiched under the windshield post mount.
