Yes, a pretty big road by local standards. This is the road across the Lammermuir Hills, looking north towards the Firth of Forth. You may be able to make out Traprain Law (the hill directly ahead), North Berwick Law (to its left) and The Bass Rock (the white island to the right, which is covered in gannets). These are all volcanic remnants. Edinburgh is 20 miles to the west.

The scenery is not so important. Just being out there on a summer's evening, with the car running well and the sun shining is the important bit.

Aah...the back roads of New Hampshire were made for an LBC. Miles and miles of nice curves and hills and most are recently paved like they knew that I was going to be purchasing a Triumph. Seems you have to go further and further north now though as there has been an influx of Massachusetts residents fleeing the higher taxes to move up here. There are traffic lights in places we never would have imagined 20 years ago.

I have a "stickypod", which is essentially a tripod mounted to the car with suction cups. I've done videos driving my TR4 with the video camera on the boot facing forward, the bonnet facing forward and backward, and the outside of the door giving a low angle forward view. Fun to run the same route then edit them together.

Nice photo Alta. A friend of mine lives in Calgary and he sent a few pics of the autumn scenery around his home.
We are still experiencing a cold and wet spring, so I thought I would post a dreary photo thru my windscreen, even the palm trees look sad. Though it could be a summer shot in Scotland Nick??
