I can see electric windows, and I can see maybe wanting to roll them up above certain speeds, but this has me confused:

It activates/deactivates in an “RPM Window”…. For firing off / cutting off Nitrous, for example, or to the feed pump for your horn fluid, or the turn signal motors!

Just for the record, I painted the bonnet of our Mk-I Lotus Cortina the same way. Herself used that car as her daily for years, too.
