Support bacteria. They're the only culture some people have.

You Slummin over there?

Bachin' it this eve. Horsemits is at a "staff retreat"...

I need all th' 'entertainment I can get. Turned out I got this info instead.

One of the true greats, and one of the last of his kind. I'll raise a glass tonight in his honor.

I got to meet Mr. Hill once, several years ago up at an event at Road America. Truly a nice man, who didn't appear to take the attitude that he was "Phil Hill, World Champion", and was more like "Phil Hill, car guy".

One can sign a book of condolences over at www.philhill.com, should anyone be interested.

I'll just keep my memories.

Mr. Hill won't read it anyway.

My head hears Paul Simon about now... "Sooo long, Frank Lloyd Wright..."

...with some edit...

*sigh*

hmmm. Not to many of his generation left. One of the pioneers of "modern" racing. Left behind some truly facinating stories.
Cheers to one of the masters!

He carved his niche in history!! THE First American World Champion! He has joined good company! His wit and wisdom will be missed!
