I'm almost positive that one of the big 3 sells seals for these.
 
Looks like you need to replace the seal. There is this guy on Ebay that has them. NFI

Gas cap seal

Looked through my catalogs and the big 3 don't have this item.
 
If you're looking for the rubber seal on the cap, TRF sells them for $9.95. Part number is 725220. Same as for Spitfire.

I don't have a TR parts manual so I'm not sure about the bottom (filler neck) seal bumper.
