Paint color for Penny?

Well to finish off the beautiful job that Scott did I added a red top.The combination of the cherry red interior, the red tonneau and the red top is a great combination I think.

If you get a moment, I'd love to see a pic of the red top.

I have received confirmation from the Heritage Motor Centre (Heritage Certificate folks) that Penny did indeed have a red interior from the factory, so her final colors will be Old English White with a red interior.

As an aside, the HMC folks are very helpful -- I emailed them with this question and and got a quick reply. If you have any questions on your heritage certificate, don't hesitate to email them.

She had a red interior because she is English. If she had been exported to the US with left hand drive she probably would have had black interior.

I know you've already decided but just to throw some fuel on the fire - OEW, Iris blue interior, navy blue top and tonneau.......just sayin'

When I was first looking at RHD Bugeyes I was seriously considering one that was OEW with a green interior. The combo looked quite nice, at least in pictures. The blue would work similarly, I think. Still, I'm content with my OEW/red decision.

Drew, Do what makes you happy! I have no doubts that the car will look great what ever you decide to do. :encouragement: PJ

I just saw Nevada Beige with a dark red interior and red top for the first time. Very nice!

Does look nice but looks more gray than beige to me.

Her name is Penny! Copper-bronze!!

Nevada Whitehall Beige ... the color choice for many file cabinets.
