okay, ANOTHER question for British owners of MKII

I have another issue, and not sure how to solve it.
Oct 1961 was a Production Change.
One book lists ALL engines (by engine s/n) as having a "Jockey Pulley" installed.
Another book lists ONLY the the following engines as having said change, by s/n, KH.2146, LB.7222 w/power steering, KH.3116, LB.8868 with manual steering.

I sure would like to know where exactly to find the exact wording of that specific Production Change.

I have been told this is service bulletins B 12 and B 17.
I have been unable to discover where exactly to find those.

One place lists them by title, but not the content, as they say they are still copyrighted by Jaguar.

Any ideas?
