Oil Pump Gasket?

Putting the new oil pump into my 1275 engine It's one with the slotted drive.

Should there be a gasket that goes onto the face of the pump that goes in towards the camshaft? I don't see one in the gasket set or in any catalogs...just being paranoid.

Between the block and the pump? Yes, there should be a gasket.

At MiniMani or your preferred source, look for item 12G730. That's the generic A-series oil pump gasket. (OR, just look at the picture at MiniMania and use your own gasket paper to cut your own. )
