Oil Pan Gasket

Take a pair of vice grips and grip the flex hose gently with them . Just enough to squeeze it closed . Don’t over do it and crush it or cut the hose . Take off the flare nut slip in your bolt and reconnect everything . Should be good .
Once you remove the vice grips squeeze the hose at 90 degrees to where you gripped it to help reshape it .
Bear in mind this will only work on good condition hoses that are not cracked or perished in which case you should be replacing them anyway .
I ended up bleeding all the fluid out which had to be done anyway , since it’s been. 11 yrs - plus the MC was leaking so perfect
Time to do complete system . Thanks
