Well, this afternoon the starter in my '92 Sonoma went 'click'...quick phone call to Advance & they delivered an AC Delco starter for $50! Man, I like this!

Kenny, izzat what you chased it (the problem) to? There should be a HUGE filter beside it... replace that as well.
 
Nah, just guessing. I still don't have a fuel pressure gauge yet. But that's what the car seems to be doing... Starved for fuel above 1/4 throttle.

Yeah, I know. Hopefully Tony will PM me soon on "his" price from his local parts shop. hehehe. I'll have more spendin' money next friday. Oh, and I replaced the filter thismorning, and doublechecked the timing and the plugs - all good so far.

I'll probably just spend the extra on a pump anyway... the one under there looks like it came with the car in 1984. pressure guage runs about $50, and It'd probably only tell me what I already think - then go into the toolbox for another 15 years /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif
