I bought a used potter wheel.... I put my plate of pasta on the wheel, set it for low speed, and then just stick my regular fork in the plate and VOILA.... no muss, no fuss--- the pasta automatically wraps around the fork. Try it yourself!
If I used that contraption at the dinner table,my Sicilian mother would stick me in the head with it. Using a fork and spoon is an art.Whatsamatter you? Gotta no respect! Ah...shutupayou face! Whack!
My Grandfather[Carlo] made his own red. 5 years old- Water glass of ginnie red,and a chunk of pickled eel with a little coktail fork to pick off the meat, and he always had a ginnie stinker cigar in the corner of his mouth. Drink the wine!!!! Makes blood! My early child hood is kind of a fog,but I was always happy.
