Hello,
Thanks for the add. I’ve owned two Triumphs in the past, but nothing for 30 years. Our first child was born 30 years ago and at that time I dropped one of my hobbies. Over the years I have attended British cars shows, always with the intent of owning again.
My wife recently told me to go out and buy a Brit car, so I’ve been looking for the past month. I’ve been looking for an MGB, I missed out on a nut and bolt restoration by a day. Currently I’ve narrowed it down to one of three MGBs. And now a fully restored TR4A IRS has entered the fray. Although I’m leaning to an MGB, mainly for the cabin space. It’s tough to find a rust free MGB in my neck of the woods. So I’m looking at risky distance purchase.
I am retired RCAF, hence the handle Hornet Handler.
Cheers, Gary
