Hello!
I joined this forum because this coming weekend I am flying to California to load and trailer the pieces of a 1960 Austin Healey Sprite from my in-law's house to mine here in Western Washington.
I am already a British car fan--I own a 1997 Land Rover Discovery--and I am taking this project on since my father-in-law decided he was not going to get around to finishing it himself. The car has been sitting in his garage for 23 years! He bought it, trailered it home, disassembled it, and that was that.
I don't know much about Bugeye Sprites outside of what I have researched on the Internet, so I will likely need a lot of help, guidance, and patience as I begin what will probably be a multi-year project to bring this little guy back to life.
I live on Bainbridge Island, just west of Seattle, with my wife and twin daughters.
Cheers!
