New Car to work on - Frame needs help !

I just unpacked a project car that I bought. A BJ8 with a mixture of BJ7 parts thrown in as extras. The frame and door shut pillars need some welding. I am wondering if there is a publication that includes all the measurements to put in the door shut pillars (latch side). I picked up up this project already taken apart and don't have any notes to go with the frame repairs.

The body is in good shape, already repaired. I did a BN4 from the frame up but that one I bought with the frame part already done, but again a project that someone took apart and gave up.
If you have anyplace that you can direct me for measurements, I would appreciated. By the way, if you need any small parts for your BJ7 . Let me know. I don't have any body parts but lots of door handles, and stuff that size. Also, if anybody has a BJ8 frame that I can take some pictures of, in the Sacramento area, let me know. I travel a lot so even if not in Sacramento, let me know, maybe I can drop by.

I have decided that my real questions is if the frame is good enough. There are only rust holes in one spot but the PO has welded on many new braces and outriggers. I have poked and banged on the original parts of the frame. Nothing breaks away but the car has seen some rust as the door shut pillars and inner rear fenders are gone. I called Martin at Jule-Frame. His opinions centered around distortion of the frame at the stress points.
1. Did the frame widen at the point where the rear axle is attached? (yes, about .05)
2. Did the frame widen at rear of the engine, where the bulkhead is attached? (I can't tell as there is a new C channel welded around the old rails at this point.

Now decisions to make!
