Rick
Those black seats that you posted look suspiciously like those in my MGA.
Bill

Interesting Bill, well I've been searching and so far not finding very much (within economic reasonableness).

Tony seems to have a possibility, sounds like if he finds them I'll have some work to do to put them in a car but that's OK with me.

Thanks Mike!

Oh, I now where they are - just too cold to go move a bunch of seats around!

Rick,
I've been out of pocket for a couple months and just saw your post. Are you still looking for a steering wheel?

If so, I have the one out of my '62 Sprite (the Spridget Project car) that I was going to put on Ebay sometime (the wheel is being replaced by a smaller race wheel). It has a hand sewn leather wrap that is old and very nice...enough so that I wouldn't take it off to check the wheel condition underneath. Based on the remainder of the wheel, I'd guess it is also very nice. Sorry, the seats are already gone.

Here's a photo...let me know if you are interested.

Ha! Funny JP!!

There's a fair looking pair of seats just came up on Ebay UK - I've sent the seller a message asking if he will ship them to me over here. Might be kind of expensive to mail a pair of seats!!

Ray - I've sent you a PM & an Email.
Hopefully you're busy having fun playing with your big toys.

hehehehe...& I'm taking advantage of the nice weather to do some Spring clean up on the farm in TN....be home Sat & I'll get out over the weekend, pull them out & take photos.

Girley....hehehe, you dawg!

Thanks Tony, I hope your weather warms up...

We had snow on Thursday and then this morning it was bitterly cold.
I'm ready for spring!!

So here's a little update - I pulled the steering wheel off this afternoon and looked at how the seats are bolted in. They will be very simple to remove, I have one side of one ready after only spending about 5 minutes with it.

After removing the steering wheel I could sit in the car! It's nice.
Of course I looked around at all the things I want to improve, but that's the main idea.

Just got home from the farm - quite warm...gonna take photos tomorrow.

Thanks Tony!!

Here ya go, Rick...as I said, they're not great! If you're interested, pay the freight:

There's rust there!

Yes - I will take 'em
Looks like I might be able to salvage something there, you are a master of shipping so I'll depend on you for the best and cheapest way to get them to me. Do you need my shipping address or will you just look it up in your database?
I assume a ground type shipper, but if you use US Postal Service then I have a PO Box (they leave me a note & I come pick up the package).

Thanks Tony!!
