Nasty Healey

Keoke. Great question! One of my key criteria when I moved here to AZ was to find an older neighborhood with no HOA. I found it! It also helps that I have a big backyard with alley access/ covered carport, in addition to a large garage. Plus I have very tolerant neighbors! A few of them are car folks- one guy up the street has a few older Corvettes and an Avanti, and another guy around the corner has a '37 Alvis and a '48 Jag.
From the street, I actually just have my '62 GMC pickup out front and my daily driver, so you'd never know about my obsession with cars older than me!
take care-
Austin

Udo,
Do you keep a photo web site of some sort? I would love to see more photos of your work without you having to post them here.

Well Austin, I weren't that smart. Im over here in Copper Creek and I think HOA besides being expensive has a night patrol out too-

However, I have not permanently moved the cars here. I do have a three car garage;--Keoke :driving:

Thankfully, New England is mostly free of HOAs, however there are a few Healeys hidden under cords of firewood to keep zoning authorities at bay.

I sent John Simms a Healey V8 engine swap article that was featured in the Hot Rod August 1963 magazine. "Fairlane V8 in a Healey". Interesting read.
