Your 100% Correct: My Ins. will definitely go after the other Parties Ins. Co & I`m quite certain recoupe All thier Monies!!

Besides; I was parked / Blowing My Horn / Screaming to Please Stop / No Reaction from the Lady! You don`t have to be a Rocket Scientist to figure who is at Fault! My Ins. can`t Loose!!

Going in for Major Surgery this Monday;

A PT Cruiser backed into my pick-up truck last week in Daytona Beach. Sounds like the same story. Blew my horn but she kept coming. She was down on vacation from New York.
Got an est. of $1300 yesterday.

As Tomster mentioned in one of these Threads; Lets get these PT (Part Time) Cruisers the heck off the Road: Especially with Little Old Ladies Driving them; "Nothing Personal" Ladies! But If You can`t hear or see; You should`nt be on the Street!!

It wasn't the PT Cruiser, it was the NY driver. Blue plate specials, I avoid them like the plague on NJ and PA roads. ANy New Yorker is either driving like a crazed madman way to fast for conditions, or is some yo-yo doing 45 in the left lane in a clapped out rusty Toyota Camry with mismatched hubcaps.

Well; That certainly is the Truth:

Most of the NY drivers I come across are the ones that sit in the Fast Lane, barely doing 45mph and just refuse to move over! Why is that?

Maybe they feel their on the LIE and no matter what lane your in; Your going to go 45mph max!
