Just had to share the utter joy that was my lunch. We had steaks last night, and I just took the leftovers, got out my super-sharp Global carving knife, cut a whole stack of nice super-thin slices, tossed them in a sauté pan with olive oil and some salt, put it on a left-over hunk of french bread, added some thinly sliced Vermont cheddar, and voila!
