Oh, one thing about them...you have to clean the hole thoroughly or they won't fit....I mean run a drill bit through each hole to remove everything - paint included!

Look at this, two pages about a grill screen, its effectiveness, replacement and how to fix the grill so it is easly removeable to keep the inards clean.
Only here at the BCF does that seemingly happen. A dumb little thing gets started, folks chime in with ideas and solutions and before long everyone knows the best way, the trick.
Ya just got to love it, its fun, its cost effective, and it beats the heck out of working.

The nice thing about this forum is not only how threads like this become suprisingly helpful, but they stay civil and relatively on topic. There are other forums where this thread would be nine pages long by now, but mostly filled with bickering about whose method is best, speculation and multiple 'private' conversations having nothing to do with the thread.
