The prosthetic costs $1000 per inch, but, before you decide what you would like to get you may want to talk it over with your wife. If for instance she is used to 9 inches and you buy 5, she might be disappointed and if she is used to 5 inches and you buy 9 inches she might be anxious."
Well the man agrees and goes home to talk it over with his wife. Comes back the next week and the Doctor asks, "so what did you decide?" The man answers "we" decided to get granite countertops.
