Don, the think to remember is, with these cars it will take what time you thin it will (X) plus the actual time it does take (y). When you modify with performance or other non stock stuff it squares (X+Y)2. It's always gonna take more than twice the time you think it will.

It's gonna take longer that way no matter what. Once you get it sorted/finished repairs will be quicker. It just takes a while to get everything laid out.

You gotta remember, you're putting airplane parts on a car. This isn't something you run down to Autozone it get.

This is one thing I hated about working on the racecars and we had a race shop down the road. It always takes more time to get what you need. You won't know exactly what to get till it's done and this takes time. Expect delays and be thankful when what you are wolrking on at the moment goes well. Otherwise you'll pull your hair out.

Don't sweat it, it's to be expected. Unless you live down the street from Russell's warehouse this is going to happen no matter what.
 
FWIW Don, today I screwed up a perfectly good radiator in the Jav and cracked a grill in good condition that is NLA.

Aint we havin' fun! :wall:

Maybe it was something stupid, like we all do when we're frustrated, and he's too embarrassed to say. Been there. Done that. :blush:

See below, is a 90. Don't believe Summit, they do make this. I've gotten one before at ther shop.
