TR6 lower radiator hose fitting

On the radiator side, I put the clamp with the head of the screw aimed up and use a long screwdriver to reach it.
On the pipe side, I have the head of the clamp positioned where I can tighten it from underneathe
 
Having a set of 1/4" drive sockets is invaluable for awkward clamps. 1/4", 5/16" and 7mm are the usual hose clamp sizes:
