anyone have an idea why my mini sits so low at the front?

have a look at the photos and see. Its had nearly every suspension and steering part changed and its still the same!

Not knowing my Mini anatomy as well as I should, I will venture a guess that you may have front springs in the rear? They would be stronger to carry the weight of the engine, making the rear ride high (which is how it looks to me)?

I assume you are referring to the Mini Sky.
Yeah, it does look a bit low. They went back to the rubber suspension in later years so it's likely someone either put in some lowering blocks, or adjusted the existing ones way down. I think there may be a ride-height adjustment on them.
This page has several available and they're really not too expensive.

thank you for the suggestions. Its my red mini that has the problem.

Annoyingly it just had new knuckle joints as we were told that was the problem - of course it made no difference.

we could have fitted the adjustable parts at the same time!

thank you for the link, there are lots of suppliers here in the Uk so we can get those here. But it looks like it should get me level again!
