Looks like a nice example of a super rare and very cool car with lots of race heritage. Seems these have been creeping up in price lately and so I guess I am not that surprised. When you compare this to what original GTOs and 'Cudas are getting it really seems pretty reasonable. I'd certainly like one.

I saw one recently go for about $40K, I think it was on "Pistonheads".

I dunno, $40K for a Cortina? :crazyeyes:

Not just a "Cortina".
 
I missed out on a couple of them back in the '80's.
Both were around $2500.
