Hi,
44B here, and i am as new as they get. I have been drawn to the TR6 for a few months now, but I really want to get to see one in person first. I live west of Nashville about 45 Min. Any help would be nice, because I really like the overall appeal to this car an d I think that I may find myself in one in the near futer, but I want to do this right.

Nope - but it's one of "us" here. Just waitin' to confirm.

We need to get a pool started, fill in the brackets.

welcome aboard! mickey is one the great TR guys around. if he lived in my neck of the woods i be hanging out in his garage! if you haven't done so, join the Nashville British Car Club...we have many TR6'ers includinig myself (1971) and my Dad (1976). If you don't mind making the drive to Nashville we have 6's from near showroom condition to rolling restorations and beyond.

I would keep looking around for a TR6 if I were you. From what I see in the market...you should find a nice car for less than you think. I will paste below a link to a car that I saw on the net today. This is a original owner...California
car....that in the photos looks very nice. There is a good British Car Club in Fresno and you should be able to find someone to check this car out for you. Figure about $1000 to ship this car to you...spend a few bucks as needed...and you would be way under the $15,000. Even if you decided to fly out and inspect this car...still way under.
I have not seen this car and do not know the owner.
Good luck. Gil

44B,

I am 45 minutes from Fresno.

Let me know if you are interested.

Gil is right - there is a good British Car Club in Fresno... Valley British Auto Club is the name.

Good luck,

Steve
