Hebrew is read right to left. I'm pretty sure the last word is Shalom which has multiple meanings, but it is often used as "peace". https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shalom

Well being fully incomprehensible in English and Hebrew would make me the resident expert āŗ
The first word doesn't actually mean anything since it isn't a word, at least not one my wife or I could figure out what it was. It would be read "Rayah" (it could be a woman's name) the next two words are "full" and "peace"
It also seems like someone translated it with a dictionary.
Maybe there was someone named Rayah who was very peaceful? Why it would be on the outside of the doors is anyone's guess.

And Rayah seems to mean "Darling" at least in Biblical usage. (or "friend") (I googled that BTW)
Rayah could be some varient of friend or darling. in fact my youngest daughter is named Reut where the h at the end becomes a t (common in conjugating) and would basically translate as friendship.
So someone basically wrote "friendship full of peace" in somewhat tortured Hebrew on the car door. Sounds about right for an LBC

Ok, the translation my sister gave me (who is pretty fluent in Hebrew) is "We can see peace"

With an LBC, probably should be "We can see pieces."
Similar words but different roots (Hebrew words usually are based on three letter roots) seeing is ×Ø×× friendship would be ×Ø×¢×. In modern Hebrew they are pronounced similarly. In the way past and Yemeni Jews still strongly differentiate these letters.
