K&N and needles

I recently purchased a rebuilt set of HS2's with K&N cone filters (pn 56-9335). The seller said the carbs had M needles in them. He had a lightly modified 1275. I am running a stock 1275. Are these needles alright or should I go to the originally recommended needles AAC?? or something else ??

M is slightly leaner than an AAC. I run H6's in a relatively stock 1275.

My list from lean to richer: AN, M, V3(very close to M), H6, V2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, MME, BG

You will probably be fine with the M.

Note that the M is a fixed needle and the AAC is spring loaded.
