This was the plan until we decided to just us an engine stand instead of making another base...Because both bases have 3+ points of contact on the floor and there are pins in the pipe that they rotate on, it can't really fall...
That said, I am thinking of making the second wooden base so I can connect them and move it around the garage more easily.

The reason for connecting the two ends is to avoid distorting the chassis.![]()
