I love old tractors. In the 70's and 80's we farmed with four of them. All John Deere's, a model LA, B, 70 gas, and 720 diesel. The 720 had a gasoline pony motor for cold weather starting and an electric starter for warm weather.

Have fun!

Well.... It's almost a Triumph....

When I want a break from the car scene, I play with this, a 55 Ford 600, along with my other 2 old tractors. PJ

Oh my! I'm not getting into this one! I have friends over there. :jester:

I spent many a hour on the seat of a little IH Super C with a 7 ft John Deere Sciklebar mower behind it. Oh my aching back I must have mowed half of Steele county with that writched machine. Sharping the blades in the mornig and mowing till dark yuk. I remember checking the oil was opening a petcock on the side of the oil pan No oil ?check the next one down. Oil? add one quart. I admit it was a lot of fun so much alfalfa so many 180 acre fileds seem to go on for ever.
