Interior finish: how do you removal rear tractor seats on the BJ8?

I too am in the process of having Heritage redo the interior of my BJ8. I am at the point where I am trying to figure out how to remove the rear tractor seats. I don't see any obvious fasteners/screws. I did notice a bolted brace at the very back edge and bolts on each side of the rear wheel wells. Really not comfortable at this point removing these parts unless I have to. Any suggestions on how these seats are removed?

They are pretty small diameter, but there are 4 studs attached to each seat, and the associated nuts and washers holding the seats on. You need a good light to see them from underneath. If the car has been around moisture, they may be tough to get off. Give them a good soaking in PB blaster or the like for a day or so. You don't want to break off the studs.
