And here is one from my messy TR3A. Mine is an early TR and the switch for the panel lights is at the top whereas later TRs have an adjustable knob for dimming the panel lights and which is not at the top.

That looks like it's from the guy on e-bay that sells the refurbished gauge cluster. Everything is redone. He gets about $600 complete.
