Is this the PRI Keihin Six Pack Kit? When did you do this install? How does it perform? What is your motor composition? Have you any performance data comparing this install vs. anything else? Please tell me as much about it as you can.

Al sorry it took so long to answer. I have been kind of pecking at the post and only looking at the ones that really peeked my interest.
That is not my car. It is what you said. It was at the Bellevue WA show in 07.
I think it is beautiful. Almost Italian looking.

A guy in our club here in Houston also has this setup. I agree, it is very impressive to see those 6 carbs lined up.

Offenhauser valve cover -- <span style="font-style: italic">looks</span> like 10 extra horsepower!

I am going to install a TR4 heater valve and the cable to operate it from the cockpit.

UPDATE! (and a warning to others)
It appears that without some, yet to be determined, modification of the heater valve, these are mutually exclusive mods. The heater valve and the Offenhauser valve cover do not fit on the same cylinder head at the same time.

Lots of interesting stuff. Can I ask some questions about the air box:

Did the factory ever try this.
Where is the air filter positioned.
Is there a screen to keep out bugs.
Might the air box turn into an oven and negate its purpose.
Is it worthwhile insulating it.
Does it provide a ram effect.
What about cold weather starting and running.

I can answer some of this from my own experience with the Goodparts airbox.

The PI cars had a remote air filter that was down by the carbon cannister. My Goodparts set up has a remote air filter that sits in front of the radiator. It has a shield on it for rocks, big bugs, water etc...

Never had a problem with the airbox becoming an oven. Nothing more than hot air going straight into the air filters unhindered anyway. While in motion, the cooler air entering the box more than counters any oven like effect.

Its called a "ram air" box but I doubt there is a significant "ram" effect. On my particular box the benefit would be from the cooler air charge and the built in velocity stacks in the air box.

So far, cold weather starting and running has not been an issue.
