Ideas on getting this bolt unstuck

Bob.......feeling quite smug about his previously suggested solution runs out to the garage, grabs a flashlight to check the alternator mount......ARGH...... dummy for relying on his picture of the alternator and mount off of the car! So you could pull the engine to get at that front plate and..... nah...
