I got me a roof!

A local club member just happened to have a GT roof that he cut off a wrecked car.

After I completed Baldy's "fenderectomy", I discovered why the right front tire had a bit more camber than the left.

Judging by the wear on the tire (and how badly the shock got beat to 5417) someone drove the car like this, for a while!

I'd like to convert to tube shocks, using a kit like the ones from Moss Europe or Frontline Costello, so the moribund A-arm deosn't bother me so much.

Now, I need suggestions on where to look for someone with the "leet welding skillz" to mate the roof up to the body.

Should I just look for "welders" in the phone directory, or might I have better luck talking to a body shop or other type of establishment?

Great news. I'd love to see it when it is done. I cannot view this pics here at work however. Just a few red x's.
