but I sure do like the reassuring sound of my Detroit 6v53 telling me that she'll get me back home when I'm 30 miles offshore.

As for rag boats, I love 'em. Jus' wanna know, is that big toothpick stuck in the middle in order to keep something from sliding of the sandwich? /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/jester.gif

Ah, weewillie, apparently you've never plied the river systems of the US...working barges don't give way for anything else regardless of what the rules say!

I could go on a very large rant about Jetski's v sailboats, but I won't. I will say that I don't suffer from roadrage in my 15 mile, one hour morning commute, but I have suffered from water rage when under sail.
