I bought a boat!

heh. Well I ~DO~ like water skiing, so you can beat me up over the next beer. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cheers.gif

...and since the stink-pot is apparently watertight; you can move that 750GPH bilge pump into the Alfa! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smirk.gif

At least your stinkpot isn't a big ol' diesel

but I sure do like the reassuring sound of my Detroit 6v53 telling me that she'll get me back home when I'm 30 miles offshore.

I could go on a very large rant about Jetski's v sailboats, but I won't. I will say that I don't suffer from roadrage in my 15 mile, one hour morning commute, but I have suffered from water rage when under sail.
