My mother lives exactly where the eye went thru in NJ. No damage and she never lost power. My sister lives 1 block away and is without power! Same sub-division!
Police told them not to leave their houses since nothing was open due to lack of power in most areas.
My concern would be the Clarici's. Frank lived just a couple of blocks from the bay in Toms River, NJ. With all the flooding, I can't imagine they didn't have damage.
