Meh.

You argue like a seven year old. Your buddy's Mustang weighs fully one thousand pounds more than Calvin's Triumph, so there's absolutely no way it can accelerate as hard. I think you resent people with more skill, knowledge, and creativity. You want to be the center of attention. (Ferrari owner, eh? Funny how you keep reminding people of that... on a Triumph forum.) There's plenty of room on this playground for a few threads about upgraded Triumphs.

Speaking one's mind is fine. Just asking that we remember his efforts to keep things civil.
And I wasn't singling anyone out here, even though I quoted your post.
Just sayin'... :smirk:
CurtisJ said:People naturally focus on the LS1 engine, but the article illustrates a world of other ideas that are usable by a diverse cross-section of TR6 enthusiasts.
For example, it shows how Calvin reinforced a stock TR6 frame and how he made the TR6 rear suspension more readily adjustable:

Rear disc brake conversion is another example.

Oh! Of course - that would work.
