I think they are steel but the thing that confuses me is that they are from England and don't have rust.

Thanks Rick, I would be if I could have one..for the spare, and I wouldn't want to split your four up, I think you'll get a buyer for them.....
 
I'm hoping to drive to Abingdon (IL) in October for an annual exodus, don't want to go without a spare (although trunk will be filled with roadside repair items.)
Will any 'stock' (4 lug) 13" fit?
 
I've got an extra '70 style (sorry, don't know the proper name) rim you can have. PM me if you want it.
