more mystery wires on the new harness.
one Green black with an Eye loop by the Coil.
and then a green and a green black with Eye loops if they are automaic Choke controls they should be spade connection.

is this for a MK 1 or 11, the wiring you're showing is for a MK1 which didn't have a relay standard, the MK 11 has a relay but different wiring colours....i can give the diagrams for both in colour so you can adapt........below is the Mk11 with horn relay, the wiring harness you have may well do both models........
