Hole behind seat

Small hole 1/4 inch behind seat maybe 6 inch up from the floor, it is in the pannel that looks like it should be a frame member in a real (haha) car. I has to be there for rust preventavive access for the spring boxes. Thats a bad spot folks, take care of it.
 
Are you talking about the hole under the car? If so I like to think that hole is there so you can rinse the dirt that would otherwise collect in the void and rust out. I randomly rinse that area out.
 
No Jolly, there is a hole behind the seat in the rear of the spring box, kind of. It is smallish and on both sides of the car. If you come up from the four bolts in the rear floor under the seat it is right there.
