Help me put together a plan for my Bugeye

Recommend lots of large zip lock bags with note's in them along with the parts. Then put the bags in separate box's to group for the part of the car they belong to. Before photo's for where hydraulic lines, hoses, and wiring are supposed to run. When removing things put all fastener's back where they came from after part is removed, if possible, to keep track of them.

Kurt.

Planning on all of that, Kurt. My job this week is to get all that ready to go so I can dive deeper into the disassembly.

Just mentioning it Drew, so many times one finds himself up against memory when doing reassembly. Things a person were sure they would remember. Fortunately a BE is very simple and you have lots of helpers here!

Kurt.

I'm already fighting the urge to keep tearing stuff down -- it's a good reminder!

Pictures will follow, but I've got the seats, carpets, and panels out of the interior. That's as far as I can go without getting the documentation together. So hard to resist just tearing it all apart in a flurry of wrenches and beer, but that won't end well.

Hi Drew,
I'm happy to hear that you're following this route. We are both doing off-frame restorations now, so hopefully we can help each other out as we go along. Here's to the day we park them next to each other at British Field Day!

I look forward to that day, may I live to see it!
