Have always had a love affair with little British cars. My first vehicle was a 1966 Sprite. I sold it to go to college, bit in my heart, I wanted another British sports car. After college, I bought a 1969 SpitfireMK3 which I ran Solo II events in street prepared class. My "therapy" in dealing g with my divorce was to turn it into a full blown race car. Then I ended up with a 1967 SpitfireMK3 and a GT6. Sold the 6 ( wish I'd kept it instead of the Spit). Sold the Solo car and put the money into restoring the MKIII. That was my retirement present to myself. Love driving to back roads, very relaxing. They about sums it up.
