Just jumped back into the hobby again after a 20 year sabbatical. Found a nice solid Bugeye in need of a new home. I’ve had later vintages but never a Mark 1. It’s running very well but an earlier restoration leaves much to be desired. Plans are to drive it for a while until the Florida summer gets here then get it in the shop to strip and paint. I’m hoping this forum will provide the knowledge needed to make this a proper restoration. My goal is to keep as close to original as possible.

How much power do you really need to go get ice cream?
