I have converted a lhd bj8 to rhd and had the same dilemma. not having a car to copy makes it a more difficult task. What I did was to scour the pictures of rhd bj8s, print off where the lines went and copy them I have kept the pics and think that I could email them to you, also if you have any questions I can hopefully answer them for you. I used nickel/copper lines from the USA, they are very easy to bend with either a tube bender or just by hand, I also did not have any leaks on any of the joins. The conversion from lh, to rh has to be done by yourself as the US kit only caters for the LHD. They supplied the extra tube needed Saltiga
